Ingredients:
- 8 large roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 red onions, diced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1-2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
- Cut all tomatoes, onions and jalapenos VERY VERY fine. Combine in a bowl with the lime juice, cilantro and 1 tsp of the salt.
