Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dried minced onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Instructions:
Combine first six ingredents, crumble beef over it and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a 5 qt slow cooker. Cover ad ook for 5-6 h or until meat thermometer reads 160 °F.
In another bowl mix the other ingredients. Spoon sauce over meat laof and cook 15 min. Let stand 10-15 min before serving.
